Our journey began in Istanbul, where founder Halis Kaya spent nearly 20 years in tourism and international guest services, including operations at Istanbul Airport. During this time, he built trusted relationships with clinics, doctors, and on-ground teams—and learned exactly how medical travel works when done right… and what can go wrong when it isn’t managed properly.
After relocating to the United States, Halis recognized a growing pattern:
